At Pawzylane, your senior dog's comfort comes first. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened supplements (Pawzy Joint+) and worn socks cannot be returned unless faulty.
Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@pawzylane.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
