We built PawzyLane for senior dogs and the people who love them — so if a product isn't right for your dog, we'll make it right. Every order is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, starting the day your order is delivered.
Free size swap
Harnesses can be tricky to size. If the size you ordered doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll organise the correct size for you — free of charge. Not sure what went wrong? Send us a photo of your dog wearing it and our team will recommend the right fit.
Returns (change of mind)
Changed your mind, or your dog simply isn't a fan? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Items should be clean, odour-free and in their original condition — a short indoor try-on is completely fine.
- Email contact@pawzylane.com with your order number and we'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and simple instructions.
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is covered by the customer. For faulty items and size swaps, we cover the costs.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — and you won't need to post anything back.
Refund processing
Once your return is received (or your claim is approved), refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
