Welcome to PawzyLane. By accessing or purchasing from pawzylane.com (the “Store”), you agree to these terms, together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. General

By using this Store, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and that the delivery and contact details you provide are accurate.

2. Our products

PawzyLane products are mobility support aids designed to help senior dogs in everyday life. They are not veterinary or medical devices and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. If your dog has an injury, is recovering from surgery, or has a diagnosed medical condition, please consult your veterinarian before use — and always supervise your dog while using our products.

3. Sizing

Sizing guides are provided on each product page. Choosing the right size is your responsibility, but we're here to help — and our free 30-day size swap has you covered if the fit isn't right (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards and the payment options displayed at checkout (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and — where available — PayPal, Afterpay and Zip). Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full. Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us within 12 hours at contact@pawzylane.com.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, including our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and product names including Pawzy Lift™, Pawzy Cloud Bed™, Pawzy Grip Socks™ and Pawzy Ramp™ — belongs to PawzyLane and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, PawzyLane is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this Store or our products. Products must be used as directed and under supervision.
